and for all my peeps who think sugar free means sugar free please educate yourself! Sugar free just means no white sugar it does not mean they havent added a bunch of chemicals or fake sugars (of which some do the exact same thing to your pancreas as white sugar). Depending on the item, sugar free may be more unhealthy than the non sugar free full sugar version 😵‍💫
