I don't get on social media much, but that's about to change, at least in regard to business. There is too much going on not to share. Anyone involved, to any large degree, in real estate investing, has stories non-stop about business, tenants, etc. The people we deal with, the vendors and organizations, problems, victories...it's endless. There are also great lessons to be taught from our experiences that may help someone else in this crazy, tough, fun, and many times frustrating business.
A large % of my client base comes to me in distress. Not all of them, but many of them. They have been taken advantage of by another manager, or some have managed themselves and are at their wits end. Some simply watched too much TikTok and thought and they'd make some easy "passive" income. We have had great success with coming in, taking over, and turning their portfolio around. How? Tried and true success principles of business. Best practices developed over the years of doing this. We remove their stress, and despite the cost of hiring a property management company, we end up making them more money. It's a win-win and that's how it should always be in business.

For you landlords out there who are tired of dealing with the 3 T's (tenants, toilets, and termites)...
Our clients quickly come to the realization that the cost of management is negligible, especially for what they get in return.
Not only does outside management free up their time (and stress), but more often than not, we help streamline their portfolio (one rental property or one hundred) and create more income for them to offset the cost of management.
Our management fee structure is very simple, and minimal compared to the industry. And our clients get discounted pricing on maintenance, as we have a full-time in-house maintenance crew.
