In Early Childhood, kids learned that Jesus cares about everyone through the story of Jesus traveling through villages, towns, and the countryside (Mark 6:53–57). They discovered that no matter where people were, Jesus cared for them and He cares for us too!

🏡 Family Connection (Early Childhood):
As you go through the week, talk about these questions with your child:
- Who does Jesus care about?
- Who can you show love to this week?
📖 Memory Verse:
“How wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.” — Ephesians 3:18 (NIV)

In Elementary, kids learned to keep going because of what God has done through the story of Peter and John before the Sanhedrin (Acts 3–4:22). They saw how Peter and John stayed bold and didn’t give up because of everything God had done.

🏡 Family Connection (Elementary):
Reread the story together and discuss:

- What did Peter and John do even when it was hard?
- What have you seen God do?
- When is it hard to keep going, and how can remembering God help you not give up?

👉 Family Step:
Take a few minutes this week to practice finding different books, chapters, and verses in the Bible with your child. Let them try to look up the memory verse on their own and celebrate when they find it!
