Protein packed ābagelsā š„Æ for the meal prep win!
Iāve made them with AP, whole wheat and GF 1:1 flours and they have turned out great each time.
If you like them a little sweeter, try using a honey or vanilla Greek yogurt. My current go-to for added protein is PRO, it has 23g of protein in 6oz (you use 8oz for this recipe).
Tip: keep working the dough until all flour is absorbed and it acts like a yeast dough. It will roll out, just use your fingers to pinch the end closed.
