This unit has been newly remodeled with granite countertops, updated appliances and modern furniture. The open floor plan is cozy and inviting. The deck has ocean views and comes equipped with a fire pit, an outdoor couch and two chairs for enjoying the sunset and a bbq for grilling.
There are two bedrooms - bedroom #1 has a king bed and bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is also a chair in the living room that pulls out to a small bed.
We are a dog friendly property. There is a dog bed provided along with some other items to make your pups stay comfortable as well.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town and the beach, and the coaster is less then 5 min away.
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the front of property.
There are many activities available in or around the surrounding area including: the zoo, safari park, lego land, sea world, Balboa Park, and the aquarium, along with various hikes and museums.
