Our Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are trained volunteers who provide a voice for these vulnerable children, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected. In addition to our CASA program, we also offer the Cecil County Mentors program, providing guidance and support to youth in our community. Together, we're working to create a brighter future for every child in Cecil County. Join us in making a difference today!

When you support CASA of Cecil County, you're doing more than making a donation.

You're helping train volunteer advocates, ensuring children have a voice in court, supporting educational and medical advocacy, and giving hope to children navigating the foster care system.

Every dollar helps create brighter futures for local children.

Thank you for believing every child deserves someone in their corner.

Every child deserves a safe, supportive place to connect with the people who matter most.

At the Cecil Visitation Center, we provide a welcoming, neutral environment for supervised and unsupervised family visits, helping children and families spend meaningful time together with comfort and care.

We also offer on-site custody exchanges in a safe, respectful setting, helping make transitions easier for everyone involved.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, we're here to help.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, foster dads, mentors, and father figures who show up with love, patience, and support when children need it most. 💙

For many children in foster care, consistent encouragement and guidance can make all the difference. To the men who step up to provide safety, stability, and hope, thank you for being a positive force in a child’s life.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at CASA of Cecil County. Your impact matters more than words can say. 👔✨
