After months of plaster repair and wood repair, the upstairs looks a zillion times better. I could see events here. Downstairs hardwoods are still being sanded and repaired.

These floors are being refinished finally…. There was a lot of repair that we had to do to the floor before this could happen. But wow these are going to be gorgeous!

Hey Neighbors - many of you saw a for sale sign in the window of the building today. Sadly, It’s true. Our family has experienced a life changing moment in the last few weeks that has taken us by surprise. Sometimes life catches you by surprise no matter how much you plan or have big dreams. I don’t want to divulge our private life too much but due to the circumstance our priorities had to shift. We are looking for the right buyer to hopefully bring something wonderful to our town.

It’s amazing where we find old odd fellows buildings across the country now.

Met with a floor guy today on what it would take to repair and refinish the 128 year old oak floors!
