Social Butterflies Run Club
Even the la rain couldn't stop us from working out this morning! 7am boot camp is back on at del Rey lagoon park. No class next Saturday, January 14, but then back on through Saturday, march 25!
Hey everyone! It's time to start social butterflies run club back up! This time we are going to meet Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 6am, run, walk, or run/walk and meet back up for stretching, yoga, and Pilates before we go start our day! Who's interested? Minimum of 6 dedicated runners needed.

Completed a 10 1/2 mile run today feeling great. I used proper hydration and sports nutrition along the way. Did you know that when you work out for more than 60 minutes you should really use sports drinks and gels, bars, chews, whatever your body can handle. The sodium found in sports drinks helps to stave off cramping while potassium keeps your hands and feet from tingling. If you are working out less than 60 minutes, water is just fine and no sports nutrition is necessary.

New this fall! HIIT boot camp coming to el Segundo tues/thurs morning at 6am. Come get into amazing shape, burn a ridiculous amount of calories and have fun with an amazing group. Fall el Segundo recreation and parks schedule coming out soon! Starts up this September!!
