Taking a quick pause from holiday decor to enjoy clean and simple. This lamp was sent to us by .lightinglife. Stay tuned for a little video about how easy it was to assemble and the cool little features it has. Sullivan inspired me to start taking guitar lessons a few months ago. Oddly enough, this lamp is perfect for the space and lights up the sheet music for our mother-daughter jam sessions… true story!!

These Before & After’s are a bit bananas! ⬅️👀 Our lot is just over 9000 sq ft. When we bought the property, thousands of that square footage was overgrown Ficus trees, succulents and BUSH! We cut back all of it, accept our beautiful Jacaranda tree. By cutting back all that foliage, it allowed us just enough room to build a little guest house under the tree.
It’s incredibly hard to see the value in a property that looks like this. Many people would say we over paid for it at the time, but we saw the potential.
