Hello and Welcome 🤗
I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself 🤍
My name is Amy, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Peaceful Wellness studio.
I was born and raised in Thailand and came to the U.S. as an exchange student in my 20s. Life has taken me around a bit, and somehow I found my way here to the Pacific Northwest 🫶
I’ve been practicing Thai traditional bodywork for over 12 years, now blending traditional Thai massage with Western therapeutic techniques. My work focuses on pain relief, injury recovery, preventative care, and helping your body feel more balanced long-term.
I naturally lean toward deeper, intentional bodywork while still creating space for relaxation. I support clients experiencing chronic pain, post-injury recovery, postural imbalances, jaw tension, headaches and migraines, scar tissue, trigger points, and prenatal and postnatal care for mamas 🤍
Lately, I’ve also been integrating breathwork and anxiety-release techniques to help calm the nervous system for those who feel caught in fight-or-flight, especially supportive during PMS or times of stress.
I recently moved my practice to Edmonds and am currently welcoming new clients 🤍
Outside the studio, I love staying active, reading, meditating, cooking, spending time with my husband, and discovering good food spots around town.
Thanks so much for being here 🤍
Whether you’re new or returning, I’d love to help your body feel lighter and more at ease. Can’t wait to welcome you into my space 🫶
See ya in Edmonds!

Hi everyone,
I’d like to welcome you to my new location! I’ve moved to a new little home for my massage practice in Edmonds. It’s designed to offer more comfort, privacy, and a relaxing environment to better serve you all.
Starting March 10th, my schedule will be open for both current and new clients, and I’d love to see you there.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting me since I moved to Seattle. I truly wouldn’t be here without all of you. Your trust, encouragement, and kindness have made me feel at home, whether you’ve visited once or many times.
I’m so grateful to continue helping you feel your best and supporting your health and wellness.
For those of you who have shared feedback, whether in person or online, I deeply appreciate it. It has helped me grow and become a better person. And to everyone who has referred friends and family, thank you-I genuinely appreciate each and every one of you.
Sending all the good vibes to you and your loved ones. May your days be filled with peace, joy, and warmth. I hope to see you this coming spring season.✨
Warmly,
Amy
💆🏻♀️ How Often Should You Get a Massage?
It differs from person to person. Massage has amazing health benefits that are best experienced regularly, but how often you get a massage depends on your general health, your goals, your reasons for getting a massage, how you felt after your last session, your schedule, and of course, your time and budget.
✨ For general wellness or stress relief:
Once a month may help keep muscles loose and your mind relaxed.
🧘🏻♀️ For high-stress lifestyles:
One massage every 1–2 weeks can help you establish a pattern of relaxation.
🏃🏻♂️ For athletes or active individuals:
Massage can enhance performance, prevent injury, and speed recovery. Depending on your activity level, sessions may be needed 1–3 times per month.
🌿 For chronic pain or specific issues:
Such as headaches, shoulder or low-back pain, chronic muscle tension, or long-term musculoskeletal issues, you may need massage more frequently for a shorter period of time. Typically, weekly visits for three to six weeks can help overcome a chronic problem. The frequency varies according to the type of ailment or injury, as well as your overall health. Adjust as you progress and discuss with your therapist.
🤰🏻 For pregnancy:
Prenatal massage once or twice a month can help ease aches and discomfort — always check with your doctor first.
💫 Remember:
Everyone is different. Your health, lifestyle, and goals determine how often you need massage. If you’re healthy with no aches or pains, get massage as often as you like. Your frequency may change as your needs do.
