We hope to see you this Thursday for our next Lunch and Learn! We are welcoming back Laura Mulliken, you won't want to miss it!
Our kids are growing up as digital natives; they’ve never known a world without technology as part of everyday life. With the speed of change, it can be challenging to keep up with how our kids use social media, apps, games and more. Together, we will look at practical examples of some challenges faced across the childhood, teen and young adult stages, and consider ways to connect digitally. Drawing on a biblical worldview, we will explore wise guidance to help parents engage in crucial conversations driven by hope rather than fear and anxiety.
About the presenter: Laura Mulliken is the executive director of Trafficking Justice, a non-profit organization working to end s*xual exploitation and s*x trafficking in Minnesota, and has served in anti-trafficking efforts for 10 years. She is a sought-after speaker and gifted teacher who equips, inspires and mobilizes individuals and organizations to fight exploitation and trafficking.
