MSU Sigma Beta Rho
Upon the three pillars of Society, Brotherhood, and Remembrance, the Michigan State University Colony has rapidly grown into a culturally diverse family, with brothers representing a multitude of nations, ethnicity, and religions.
Tired of watching netflix all day? Looking to make an impact in the community?
WE NEED YOU!
My name is Shivam Chandra and I’m a student at Michigan State University. Anvita Suneja and I are currently working with a community service group called the Spartan Mask Initiative where we raise money towards purchasing KN-95 masks to donate to healthcare professionals working at nursing homes. With COVID-19 placing such a strain on the availability for PPE, healthcare professionals are in dire need of supplies like masks. We’re looking for motivated, excited, and creative minds to help brainstorm ideas on how to fundraise money to purchase KN-95 masks!
If you’re interested in learning more about our initiative or getting involved please comment your email below! We look forward to working with you soon.
We support Wayne State's statement and want to reiterate that this type of behavior is not welcome within our organization. Each and every chapter of Sigma Beta Rho holds its members to the highest standards. Thus, it saddens us to hear that one of our own members did not hold himself to those same standards. He is no longer a brother at MSU nor is he a part of Sigma Beta Rho in any aspect. If you are a son, brother, or friend reading this, we urge you to actively become a part of the solution rather than stand idly and be a part of the problem.
