Bethmale Chévre is a traditional tomme-style cheese from the Bethmale Valley in the French Pyrenees, crafted from goat’s milk. Aged for about three months, it develops a semi-soft, supple texture beneath its natural, washed rind. The flavor is bright and mineral-forward, with earthy notes of mushroom, grass, and a subtle tang from the goat’s milk.
