Have you tried Hatch Burritos yet? I checked it out yesterday and was not disappointed. This steak and egg burrito Christmas style (red and green sauces) was absolutely delicious. The sauces were flavorful, the meat was tender and the beans were delicious too. It’s a sun filled space with friendly people, WiFi and free street parking. They had some delicious lunch items too also focused on NM fare like green chile stew. I’m looking forward to sampling more. They’re at 721 N Mangum St
