Triangle pose alignment tips!
1. Take your legs about 3 ft apart and align your front heel with your back arch.
2. Keep your body within two window panes and slowly start to bring up your arms straight, parallel to the floor and then slowly start to slide the front arm down your front shins of your leg. Make sure your hips don't stick out!
3. Focus on trying to get your shoulders vertical with each other and take your gaze up towards the ceiling just past your fingertips.
