🌍 Earth Day Success at Fort Lewis College!

We were thrilled to partner with our campus Environmental Center to host a plant-forward lunch that drew over 750 guests through the dining hall! The menu featured a flavorful lineup including curry tofu, a Build-Your-Own Ramen bar, stuffed portobello mushrooms with vegan chorizo and sausage, amaranth pilaf, and more.

A huge thank-you to our team and partners for making sustainability both delicious and engaging. 💚🌱

The wait is over! Here is your guide to Zia's on campus

Zia Taqueria officially opens, tomorrow March 27th.
Hours of Op: Mon.-Fri. 11:00am- 10:00pm | Sat.-Sun. 4:00pm- 10:00pm
Location: Upstairs Student Union | Above the Dining Hall

Skyhawk swap is available for any baby burrito, small quesadilla, or baby bowl plus chips and a fountain drink. Dining dollars are available to use for any menu item!

This location is open to the public, we are excited to have a local Durango favorite on campus.

Feeling lucky? 🍀 Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with us in the dining hall and enjoy traditional Irish dishes! ✨

Reminder, Dining hall hours are a bit different this week: Mon - Sat | 11:30 - 12:30 Sunday: Regular hours resume!

1 Breakfast sandwich [ choose between: Bacon or Sausage ] + 1 Drink [ choose between: Minute Maid juice, Dasani 20oz, 12oz Black Coffee OR Soda 20oz ] = 1 Meal Swipe. 🍽

Skyhawks, please be aware that there will be two scheduled power outages, Tuesday, February 25th, in the Student Union which may impact some services at our San Juan Dining Hall and Durango Eats:
First Power Outage: 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM
Second Power Outage: 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM

During these times we will remain open for continued operations. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these necessary repairs. Once completed, we will be one step closer to ending our usage of disposables in the Dining Hall.
