Community Culture:
1. Dancing or connection with another must be consensual. Dancefloor is for dancing, not talking. Conversation on outskirts of room only, or outside.
3. No alcohol before or during dance. No smoking or vaping or drug use in front of venue.
4. No filming or photos. Keep any phone checks discreet. We invite you to be present!
5. Barefoot or socks preferred for safety and grounding. Soft shoes OK if needed.
6. Open heart and mind. This is a judgment free zone. Be your full unique embodiment!



Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance party rooted in Creativity, Connection, and Consent. The intention is a safe, sacred, and fun experience for all! It is a playful atmosphere where we move however we wish with inspiring music from around the world in a journey of tempo and texture mixed by a talented live DJ on high quality sound. Whether solo or partner dancing, we invite deep dives into embodied awareness, coordinated creativity, cathartic release, and collective expression! Dance like no one is watching because everyone is dancing. Whether happy, sad, expressive, or not, all states of being are authentically welcomed. May the music and movement be medicine for all. Altar space is lovingly offered with the invitation to invoke the sacred within.
