This Thanksgiving week, we’re focusing on gratitude, the gentle kind.
Not the “be grateful no matter what” pressure, but the soft recognition of how far you’ve come.
Here are a few things to give thanks for today:

✨ The resilience you didn’t realize you had
✨ The rest your mind and body needed (and deserved)
Healing isn’t linear, but every step counts.
