How vital is sunscreen? 🧴 It’s ESSENTIAL, uva/uvb and even blue light rays all have very negative effects on your skin, increasing fine lines & wrinkles, damage to your protective skin barrier, causing inflammation & redness , pigment & more.

I know sometimes I sound like a broken record but my number ONE advice is to at least wear sunscreen , skin is our largest organ and your body deserves for you to take care of it.

Spf everyday & re apply if you are outside / in the water 💧
