Our first “Back on snow” mini-camp was a great success. Over 2.5 days our athletes have been training smart and hard between studio and Big Snow freezer. We went through past season overview, what was accomplished and what was not, discovered what an athlete strong and weak sides, set new goals and trajectory for future development, and most important had tons of fun! Some athletes knew each other for a while, some was new to each other, and it was so great to watch how after a short time they have been working together as one team! Great work kids!!! Looking to improve your skiing, preparing yourself for summer ski camps, or just ski and have fun with a great group, contact us for more information!

Question of the day how often I should visit studio in off season? All depends on your ultimate goals. For avid skiers, ski racers and snowboarders the season is never over when a snow melts outside. Our recreational skiers and snowboarders are keeping themselves in a shape over off season months by attending studio on bi-weekly basis, some on weekly who are working on specific tasks and corrections. Our racers who are not attending ski camps till July/August are on bi-weekly/weekly schedule depending on the level and goals, and those who are scheduled to attend camps in June are on weekly schedule now. We are also returning to Big Snow from end of April to work on drills and fundamentals on weekly basis. If you have questions feel free to contact us via phone, website or message in IG. We are here to support your individual journey!

Our students and athletes have different goals from learning new sport, get more skilled as a recreational skier or snowboarder, improve their racing performance. Same time they have one thing in common- ALL of them know that preparation for 26/27 season starts NOW and not in end of fall or beginning of the winter. Our philosophy is to focus on overall physical preparation, strength, agility, speed, balance, along with working on specific aspects of technique based on outcomes of 25/26 season. We dived into a deep analysis of what we were able to achieve and what we were unable, and creat a plan how to do it. If you are serious about improving, be ready for summer race camps, getting better on slopes, want to have more fun and same time be safe and confident, please contact us now.
