Holiday Maple Suites

Today we recognize Nancy for all of her hard work and discipline throughout the walking challenge. Nancy has walked and submitted her steps for the Maple Suites Walking challenge everyday of the challenge, 125 days. She is our most consistent walker, helping us get to our next destination during this challenge.

We asked Nancy her “why”:
“I don’t give up, I look forward to every step, every little step helps me. I want to get healthy again after medical struggles. These steps are helping and I am not quitting. I miss being able to do more exercises but I still get my daily movement in and enjoy it.” -Nancy G.

Our Strawberry Social sure was sweet! Strawberries and cream, Pimm’s cup, trivia and gift baskets, what’s not to love? Thank you to all who came to our berry sweet social to celebrate Wimbledon 2026🍓🎾

As Maple Suites Walking Challenge continues, we have added a new sign to recognize the accomplishment of over 30 walkers. We are so proud of everyone’s consistency and dedication to staying healthy and active. We have walked over 6 million steps and reached 8 destinations across the country but we are not done yet.

Thank you to Kathleen, one of our beloved housekeepers, for creating and wood burning the art onto the sign. Thank you Bill, a resident who has been coordinating the program with Catie, and his son for donating the wood and woodworking skills for the sign!

Do you like strawberries? Do you like socializing? If you said yes to either of those questions then we have the perfect event for you! Bring your friends and family to our Strawberry Social happening next Thursday at 3:00pm in the multipurpose room. It is sure to be a sweet one!🍓🍰

For the past 3 months our office manager, Khaleigh, and engage life coordinator, Catie, have been training for a half marathon together. Congratulations to Khaleigh and Catie on completing 13.1 miles at the Old Port Half Marathon this month!

We love going on outings, last week we combined two of our favorite outings—to an ice cream shop and a scenic ocean drive! The weather was beautiful and the ice cream was delicious.🍦🌊

Our Chef Showdown last Thursday was nothing far from delicious! Our chefs really challenged everyone in deciding who had the better taco, both were so flavorful! Thank you everyone who attended.

Meet Elly, Elly is a history buff and spent many years volunteering as a docent at the Tuck Museum of Hampton History, home of Hampton Historic Society. The museum is filled with a large variety of local artifacts. Everyone loved learning about the local history and seeing Elly display her extensive knowledge on all the different exhibits. Thank you to Elly and docent Betty and Ben for the private tour!
