WHAT'S UP WARRIORS? !? It has been awhile since I have posted, and I hope you are well!

I am considering offering educational content through a pay for view and access service. Content would be on generalized application of Continuous Process Improvement and Quality Management, all of which is quite relevant to Logistics. When I say "generalized application", it would be specific and simple enough that you can use it many situations and settings. Where there is a customer, there is quality; where there is a process, there is waste, and where there is waste, there is room for improvement.
