If you knew how many times I failed, you’d understand why I smile when I’m able to work hard today.

Down 75lbs and still going.
One step at a time.

Today’s workout was about control, not chaos.
Last week I was running all my upper-body machines at 50 lbs. After a two-day rest, I came back today and increased the weight across the board.
• Chest: 100 lbs
• Shoulder press: 70 lbs
• Seated row: 70 lbs
• Pulldown: 70 lbs
All 3 sets of 10, smooth and controlled.
Between the first two sets of each machine, I walked over to the heavy bag and did 30–60 seconds of light boxing to keep my heart rate up. After the third set, I rested and moved on. Nothing rushed. Nothing sloppy.
The goal wasn’t to be exhausted — it was to move better, breathe better, and leave feeling lighter than I walked in.
Strength went up. Conditioning stayed steady. Recovery felt clean.
One day at a time. Progress done the right way. 💪🏾
