If you know me you know what I will be bringing to the festivities ππ±β¨
You can make a complete and fulfilling meal out of a salad. I said what I said.
You can also make healthier versions of your comfort foods, one of mine is Ranch..
Start by adding proteins such as quinoa, garbanzo beans, h**p seeds, chickpea pasta to hit your protein nutrient pointsβ¨π
Also, did you know tahini has 9 grams of protein in 2 tablespoons! It is also a wonderful source of healthy fat.
Greens are a staple unless we are going with a fruit salad π Mixing your fruit and veggies together is confusing for the digestive system and it creates gas, which is a result of improper food combining, learned this awhile ago from ππ and it is gem in the academy π±
I love and truly enjoy bringing a love inspired salad to all functions and potlucks! The kicker (for green salads) is something that became known as "The Sauce". It is a plant based version of Ranch.. and it is good good β¨
