“Outsider Art Fair has long been a place for artists whose work challenges and expands our understanding of art,” said OAF Director Elizabeth Denny.
PASC is proud to host our own booth at this season’s fair in New York City, March 19–22, 2026, at the Metropolitan Pavilion.
We are honored to be one of 68 featured exhibitors from across the United States and around the world. We will be featuring artworks by PASC artists: Alsendoe Owens, Angela Rhodes, Bruce Rice, Chantell Donwell, Keisha Miller, Lewis Foster, Robert Duncombe, Ronald Griggs, Santina Dionisi, and more.

𝓓𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓸𝓯 𝓣𝓲𝓶𝓮, opening Friday, February 27th, 4-6 PM, is the PASC program's fifth annual exhibition at the Art Gallery at Westland City Hall.
Despite life’s obstacles, an artist’s dedication to their daily practice activates and expands each artist’s work by creating space for experimentation and growth, outside the gaze of an external audience. This exhibit presents a collection of artwork from artists who have worked out of the PASC Westland art studio. In the studio, creativity grows through a consistent act of making. It cannot be forced; creative growth unfolds within its own time in varied and often unexpected ways.

Southgate-based PASC artist Therrin Burns recreates the historic photograph of Rosa Parks seated on a bus, centering her presence to fully occupy the frame.
The original image was taken during a planned photo shoot on December 21, 1956, the day after the Montgomery, Alabama, bus system was integrated. In this reimagining, visibility becomes an act of remembrance and power. Previously featured in 𝓐𝓶𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓷 𝓓𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓶𝓼.
