P & R LLC follows the following step when Notarizing Documents

Step 1 - Requires Personal Appearance - Signer must appear before Notary, sign and date(if required) document in presence of Notary dependent upon the type of notarization. Pre-signed documents will require a second signature. (Designated Signer must cross out the prior signature and sign again.)

Step 2 - Brief review of document

Step 3 - Identify the Signer - provide unexpired state id, drivers license, passport or military id.

Step 4 - Recording of Notarization in Notary Journal

Step 5 - Completion of Notarial Certificate and affixing Notarial Stamp

*Travel fee charge .35 per mile for area outside 48221 and 48235.
Must present unexpired Identification in order for me to perform notarization service.
Form of identification accepted driver license, passport, military id or state issued personal identification card.
