GF AF is an ANSI-CFPM certified Cottage Food Operation registered with the Cook County Department of Public Health and the Illinois Department of Public Health. GF AF produces gluten-free products in a home kitchen that also processes common food allergens including milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, fish, crustacean/shellfish, and tree nuts.
