Which flooring is your favorite? Always fun seeing the different types of floor patterns when renovating older houses.

Had such a great time in the Bahamas! Going to get lumber with a boat was one of my favorite parts of this trip! We helped rebuild on an island that had been hit by a hurricane a few years back!
We also got a lot of time in the water spearfishing! Couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We are known for getting “to do lists” done! ✅. Yesterday we hung shelves, installed door k***s, leveled doors that were hitting the door jam, installed racks for tools in the garage, screwed in hooks for snow shovels, hung pictures, hung wind chimes, hung towel holders in the bathroom and bike racks in the garage. A lot of work went into removing this load bearing wall, but it’s all going to be worth it! And we inset the beam into the ceiling so the ceiling has a seamless transition from the kitchen to the living room!

Living room floor joist leveling (very time consuming), new subfloor and new White Oak flooring. Turned out so nice!

Added onto this deck, added railings and made it look new again! Let us know if you have a deck that needs some help like this one did!

We used materials the homeowner dug out of the yard from an old retaining wall. Now it’s a new retaining wall! 😁
