This past month was absolutely incredible & life changing inside The Revival Method!!

๐Ÿ”ฅ We kicked off our JDF 6 Week Challenge where 35+ amazing men and women jumped in & kicked off their transformation journey!

While ๐˜ผ๐™‡๐™‡ ๐™๐™„๐™ˆ๐™€ ๐™‡๐™Š๐™’๐™Ž on the scale and fitting into clothes & sizes clients havenโ€™t seen in years is amazing, there have been countless ๐˜ผ๐™‡๐™‡ ๐™๐™„๐™ˆ๐™€ ๐™ƒ๐™„๐™‚๐™ƒ๐™Ž in self confidence, self esteem, ability to absolutely slay what used to be stressful & overwhelming situations and amazing progress photos!

I am beyond grateful to have the ability to coach such amazing women and men.

This crew is ambitious, driven and committed to showing up, leveling up their lives and becoming the best, happiest and most confident versions of themselves.

Aaron is a father to two beautiful girls, husband, veteran, gym owner, CrossFit athlete, Coach, Founder of Freedom Lifted Group, and a staple in his community. The list goes on, but needless to say he wears many hats!

At a point in my life I wouldn't be caught dead in a swimsuit.
I didn't feel strong and I definitely didnโ€™t look lean.
I tried anything and everything to get my body to look the way I wanted it too. From pills to detoxโ€™s, different coaching methods. You name it.
None of it seemed to work.
But over the last couple of years I finally now feel like the STRONG, TONE & LEAN person that my family & most importantly myself needed!
How did I do it?
