The first of a monthly series exploring slow, intentional organic movement!

Leah teaches through a trauma-sensitive lens, that creates a space in which every student can feel comfortable and supported.

Leah will be teaching a workshop later in September at Live Free Yoga on just this- trauma sensivity and awareness!

Come get a sense of her warm and understanding style. This class is 75 min and includes a special meditation at the end!
