RECON Wellness
RECON builds human performance and recovery systems—compression, massage, PEMF, and red light—designed to help athletes and active humans recover better and perform longer.

A championship race team doesn't tune the engine and ignore the chassis. They don't optimize fuel delivery into a machine with broken suspension. Every system is managed.
Your body works the same way.
Chassis & drivetrain → Activate / Circulate. Mechanical foundation. Tissue integrity. Lymphatic flow.
Engine management → RECON Renew. CNS regulation. Performance state, repair state — on demand.
Fuel system & power → Restore Red Light. 8 wavelengths. ATP at the source.
One pillar handles one job. The system handles the whole machine.
And the system compounds.
→ Compression clears the routes PEMF signals travel through.
→ PEMF activates the repair state red light energy fuels.
→ Red light charges the mitochondria that power the next day's compression-cleared lymphatic contraction.
Day 7 — baseline lifted.
Day 14 — sleep + CNS compound.
Day 30 — sustained peak.
A brand that only sells compression can't explain what happens after the flush. A brand that only sells PEMF can't explain what should happen before the frequency session. A brand that only sells light panels can't explain why tissue should be mechanically prepared and neurologically regulated before photons hit mitochondria.
RECON built every part of the system. So we can fill in every part of the conversation.

Athletes just bypassed the wellness industry.
The sports recovery technology market hit $3.1B last year, growing 9.5% — and it's not because wellness got smarter. It's because athletes stopped waiting for it.
Recovery isn't rest. Recovery is preparation. Every training session creates physiological debt — neural fatigue, mechanical congestion, metabolic load. Your body has 24 to 48 hours to clear it. If it doesn't clear, it carries forward. The bill compounds.
Three forces are driving the shift:
→ Force 1 · Mechanical Clearance. Your lymphatic system has no pump. It moves 3× more fluid than your blood with zero internal pressure to do it. Compression, percussion, vibration — the only inputs that clear the network that clears the body.
→ Force 2 · CNS Regulation. You don't have a recovery problem. You have a CNS problem misidentified as a recovery problem. PEMF doesn't ask the nervous system to shift between performance and repair state — it tells it.
→ Force 3 · Cellular Energy. Everything runs on ATP. Mitochondria absorb red and near-infrared light to accelerate production. Most devices use two wavelengths. RECON uses eight — every diode delivering 630nm to 1060nm at once.
Compression clears the tissue. PEMF regulates the nervous system. Red light charges the cells. Run them in the wrong order and you waste the protocol. Run them in sequence and they compound.
The machine runs when all systems do.

RECON 3-PILLAR RECOVERY SYSTEM — Right Tool, Right Job
If the only tool you have is a hammer, every recovery problem looks like a nail.
Your body has three separate recovery systems. Most athletes address one. The other two are where you plateau.
🔧 ACTIVATE / CIRCULATE — Move metabolic waste out. Compression, percussion, mechanical clearance. Foundation everything else builds on.
🧠 RECON RENEW (PEMF) — Fix the signal. Low-frequency electromagnetic pulses shift your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic — the state where actual recovery happens. You can't out-train a CNS that never downshifts.
🔴 RESTORE RED LIGHT — Reach the cellular layer. 8 wavelengths from 630nm to 1060nm activate the mitochondrial respiratory chain. More ATP. Faster tissue repair. This is biochemistry, not marketing.
Three mechanisms. Three systems. Zero gaps.
The difference between athletes who recover and athletes who don't isn't effort. It's architecture.

Recovery infrastructure just landed at .
RECON compression boots are now part of the performance stack at one of Colorado’s premier training facilities — because serious athletes deserve serious recovery.

Your home gym has the rack. The weights. The mirror.
It’s missing the one thing that determines how hard you can push tomorrow.
Eight wavelengths. 660nm surface repair. 850nm deep tissue ATP. 670nm. 830nm. 1060nm deep healing — the full spectrum your cells actually use.
10 minutes post-session. That’s the recovery shift you can’t afford to skip.
You don’t have time to break down. Build the infrastructure that keeps you in the fight.

Your training is engineered. Your recovery is improvised. Fix that.
Soreness isn't damage — it's traffic. After a high-output session, metabolic waste piles up in your tissue. Your circulatory system pumps it in. Your lymphatic system flushes it out. The catch — lymph has no pump. It moves when you move. When you sit, drive, sleep, it stalls.
The athletes who plateau aren't training too little. They're flushing too late.
20 min compression + 5 min targeted percussion. Within 60 minutes of finishing. Every high-output day.

ORDER MATTERS. MOST ATHLETES RUN THE SEQUENCE BACKWARDS.
Same three pillars. Different state. Different sequence.
🔥 PRE-TRAINING: Restore Red Light → RECON Renew (Beta) → Activate / Circulate → Train
- Red light loads ATP into mitochondria before tissue is stressed
- PEMF Beta primes CNS for high output
- Compression flushes peripheral pooling
- Train at peak readiness
🌙 POST-TRAINING: Activate / Circulate → RECON Renew (Delta) → Restore Red Light → Sleep
- Compression clears the mechanical layer first
- PEMF Delta downshifts CNS in cleared tissue
- Red light loads cellular fuel into the recovery window
- Sleep is where the work cashes
The 90-minute NIR cutoff: never run NIR within 90 min of sleep. Mitochondrial activation when you need to be downshifting. The Sleep preset disables NIR automatically. Don't override.
Three common mistakes:
1. Skipping mechanical clearance — running PEMF or red light on tissue that's still congested
2. Using Beta PEMF pre-sleep — sympathetic activation when you need to downshift
3. Running NIR within 90 min of sleep
The order IS the protocol.

Restore the Machine.
Nobody tells you that feeling slower, taking longer to bounce back, and waking up tired isn’t just “getting older.”
It’s a mitochondria problem.
Your cells are producing less energy. Which means less gets repaired. Which means you feel it everywhere.
Restore Red Light is the correction. Charge from the cell up.
