An account posted my video on TikTok yesterday and got over 700k likes in 24 hours (with no credit 🙄)

So I’ll take that as a sign that I should re-share this special moment with you 😊

Jude is autistic and non-speaking. His communication skills have always been limited, and I’ve spent many years wondering what’s going on inside his mind.

This clip is from about 7-8 years ago, when Jude was in the paddling pool at my parents’ house. My dad was adding some warm water so that Jude didn’t get cold.

Jude spontaneously stands up and gives him a kiss, a showing of affection that in itself was incredibly rare.

Jude might be non-speaking, but in that moment it was very clear what he wanted to say.

Love needs no words ❤️
