Turning Trash into Treasure (and by treasure, I mean snacks) 🏴‍☠️🐶✨

Most “waste” isn’t waste at all… they can be ingredients. With a little creativity (and barely any cost), they can become nutritious treats for pets, compost, broth, or even regrown veggies.

Some of the scraps we used in this recipe:

🥔 Parsnip peels
🫛 Brussel sprout leaves
🥕 Carrot peels
🦐 Prawn shells

⭐️Dehydrator

Just a note: These aren’t “bad” bits they’re simply the outer layers we usually peel off. And yes… they still hold plenty of nutritional value!

To bring it all together, we added 1/5 of a banana as a binder, but you could easily swap this if needed depending what you have on hand!

Because sometimes the best treats come from what you were about to throw out… 👨‍🍳🐶🧡💜
