That's exactly what just happened in Kendall County, Illinois. Our team just closed a $46 million broadband deal using a 63-20 public-private partnership - a financial structure that most people in finance have never even heard of.

The county takes on zero debt. A nonprofit holds the bonds. When they're paid off, the county owns the entire fiber network. Construction starts this spring.
