We’re proud to announce Colorado’s first EnerPhit project, a deep energy retrofit in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

Designed to the Passive House standard, this project will transform an existing home into a high-performance home, dramatically reducing energy demand while elevating occupant comfort, air quality, and climate resilience.

EnerPHit is the Passive House gold standard for retrofitting existing buildings, and this marks a major milestone for us at Joubert Homes as well as for energy efficient construction in Colorado.
