In many areas across Colorado, we’re looking at levels of inventory that we haven’t seen in around ten years. Couple that with the recent drop in mortgage rates - there are plenty of opportunities for buyers right now. 🏡

Last night Terra & I took an evening away from home & spent the night downtown to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We stayed at a fabulous hotel & had a wonderful dinner @ STK Steakhouse. I love our life at home with our kids, but I really do treasure these little get aways ❤️❤️❤️
