The story of this commercial adaptive reuse project is on our blog right now. Saving portions of this building helped reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding the demolition and removal of the existing foundation and floor slab, and also the intense process of pouring all new slab for the floor. Resulting in very dramatic makeover.

Have you seen this project on our website? It's a heavy renovation of a midcentury gem of house in Golden. The house is tiny, and pretty hard to use in today's standards, but we wanted the addition to modernize and update while preserving the original design intent. We cannot wait for this one to get started.

Mountain projects are our favorite. Using a siding that is fire-resistant like and metal standing seam roof will help provide a little peace of mind. Eliminating gutters and soffit vents is also a huge way to mitigate risk. Risk management can be beautiful.
