12 inch round bottom tier with an amazing white vanilla cake filled with a raspberry cream filling. Topped with a 9 inch round middle tier of chocolate cake and chocolate filling. The yellow hat is made of RKT.

There's nothing like finding a little accent to showcase some amazing bites! Smores cupcakes were the flavor of this game night. The top bites are shortbread treats with goat cheese spread, honey butter and raspberries! Delicious!

Under the Sea themed cake for a sweet little girl. Cakes are 6 and 9 inch round with the yummiest chocolate cake and strawberry buttercream filling.

Silent Auction Item for the Junior League of Minneapolis. This was such a great event for a good cause!!

The new cookie for Girl Scouts this year was the Rah Rah Raisin. A fresh take on the old favorite Oatmeal Raisin, had most people either loving it or hating it. Anything you can dip into tea or coffee is good in my books. What came to mind, however, upon eating one was spice! Hence my creation - "Spice Is Nice" Cupcake covered with a cream cheese buttercream and our 2015 cookie, the Rah Rah Raisin.

I'm loving these new logo stickers to dress up my cupcake containers!! What do you think?
