Yesterday morning 12/23/24 at 10:36am, our dear sweet sister Marissa left us for her next great adventure.
A passionate environmental educator and curious wanderer with soulful cerulean eyes, she traversed misty British moors, sand dunes, hockey fields, coral reefs, mountains, Amazonian rainforests and beyond.
A nurturer of animals and nature, lover of music, mentor, coach, teacher, friend, sister, and mother, she lived and loved fiercely.
Marissa Copan brought the gift of laughter, joy, and positivity to everyone she encountered, surrounding herself with lifelong friendships, teammates, and family.
We are the luckiest.
We carry her light with us always.
