It's endangered species day, and today is a great time to remind everyone that we are destroying our planet at an alarming rate and pushing these species to the point of no return. The western lowland gorilla loses almost 3% of its population annually, and some reports estimate a 97% total species loss by 2054. That's only 28 years away. That's your family's next generation growing up without gorillas. So remember to use your voice and vote for the people who want to actually protect the planet and the environment instead of those who continuously roll back environmental protections, who open up hunting on endangered species, and who will sell out to corporations who want to strip the planet of every natural resource.
