How to Start a Taking Care of Yourself🌷
Most of us get stuck in the loop of not feeling happy… wanting more… wondering why life is so damn stressful.
Here are the 3 things that will help get you OUT of that loop.
1. MAKE A LIST
We have to accept where we are in order to create something different. So make a list of all the feelings and things in life that are causing your discontent and dissatisfaction.
Then make a list of what you want instead.
What will unfold is a roadmap of things you can start to release, re evaluate and redesign.
2. GET MOVING
I don’t care if it’s walking, swimming, lifting, cross-fitting, boxing, dancing, yoga-ing etc. MOVEMENT is the fastest way to fuel our soul desires and will get us to own the small actions it takes to create the changes we desire in life.
3. DISRUPT THE STATUS QUO
If you’ve always chased weightloss, try self love instead. If you’ve always chased slow and steady, try heart pounding instead. If you’ve always tried doing what someone else told you to to get the results you thought you wanted but it never worked because you were never really motivated by those results😏you’re gonna have to try something different.
But THAT’S how you find your truth.
In order for any sustainable change to be sustainable it’s got to be heart led.
And if YOU truly want to feel taken care of in a way that you never have before, then YOU are going to have to get very good at drowning the sounds of the external world and listening to your own heart🫶🏻
