As much as we yearn for love, we are equally afraid of it. Fearful of the painful backlash that often comes with putting our heart on the line.
Some of us are risk takers, gambling high stakes in hopes of finding the love we so eagerly desire. Brave love warriors risking it all in hopes of winning it all.
While others stand guard over our huge hearts, skeptical to keep unworthy suitors from entering. Toying and mistreating us maliciously or unknowingly.
Of course, it’s imperative to know if a person checks off the boxes…shares our values, matches our intensity, has passionate chemistry, speaks our love language, similar lifestyles and goals.
