They also have worked with individuals and families to navigate the rights of students who have gender diverse identities. Additionally, they have worked with parents and students in school settings to ensure that respect is being provided to each individual, as well as providing training to educational personnel on how to support gender diverse students on school campus. Britt believes that educational support for individuals who have a disability or a different gender identity should not have to go to extraordinary lengths to get support and recognition. As a result, they offer services on a sliding scale for families and individuals.
