🍒 Recipe #1:
• .75 oz Espinheira Ginja Cherry Liqueur
• .75 oz Paranubes Rum
• .75 oz Bear Creek Distillery Silver Rum
• .75 oz Lime Juice
• .5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
Shake, double strain, and garnish with a cherry.

🥃 Recipe #2:
• 1 oz Peach Street Distillers Colorado Straight Rye
• 1 oz Drink Xila Mexican Aperitif (The Craft Spirits Cooperative)
• .5 oz Pajarote Cordova DIX
Stir over ice, strain into a glass with a big cube, and finish with a lemon twist.
