Happy June, our due month, sun sign, season, our fav

Lately it’s felt like I am between two worlds. Between two big important versions of me, my marriage, my business, my body. What family means. Between knowing & not knowing who this tiny human is, who I am. The gift of surprise is so exciting, and rare in this life. We are so glad we waited!

This pregnancy and I have been real good to each other. We were told in Sept that we had a “1% chance of conceiving” and I feel so grateful and privileged to be here. What’s rly kept me feeling good stable and going is adjusting expectations and recalibrating often, like daily. And trust me there have been many unstable days, weeks. Pregnancy rage anyone??? I have felt so much love from friends, family, clients, even strangers, that I will never forget.

Ever since this baby existed the one thing I have repeatedly said was take your time and there is no rush, to both self & babe. Being in a hurry, watching the clock, wishing things away, being pressed & pushed… are such uncomfy feelings and takes me out of me. I love how that little mantra set us up and took us through this time. Reminds me a lot of Pilates hehe

I could talk about pregnancy, baby, body stuff forever, I love sharing and hearing from others, and I have so many tips/ideas/products for anyone wanting. DM me or let’s go on a walk. Bc this world is already so noisy and full of s**t lol. You know what’s best and you’ll know what you need, trust that.

Here is my hopefully not noisey contribution I will leave us with: You need your people (pregs or not we all do!). Thoughtfully curate your team. Pay attention. This means adding and taking away. You’re doing something so common and natural yet so huge and tricky. People will warn and project on you “just wait till...” and continue to tell you the craziest fcking thing that you will never experience. Or you’ll experience some things and be like “why did no one tell me this!!!” It’s a wild ride, and I have truly loved it.
