This is a special surprise that I wanted to prepare for all of you this weekend! The Premier of my cover version of the song ‘Risk it All’ - originally sung by ‘Usher & H.E.R.’ from the motion picture ‘The Color Purple’ and Usher’s album ‘Coming Home’ released in 2024. I loved this song so much, that I decided to film a short video clip with me singing. I had to fight with the sound a bit, as it is hard to record a studio quality vocals that I am used to at home. Nevertheless, here’s what I came out with… I even managed to add a bit of my background vocals.

I don’t know whether I told you before, I’ve got a real sweet tooth and have to really stop myself from eating all the desserts that I make when I develop each recipe 😆. This one is by far not an exception, and yes, I actually managed to eat it all this time!
Simply because it tastes heavenly.
White Chocolate Cinnamon Cream Dessert with Whiskey - this recipe is extremely easy to make and does not contain many ingredients. You will have to prepare it a night before serving.
Also an important thing to mention: I have tried different brands of white chocolate chips for this recipe and, depending on a brand, it may cause the cream to be more firm or more liquidy. Therefore, I have suggested using ‘Private Selection’ White Chocolate Chips brand for this particular recipe, as it makes the mixture very smooth and firm enough – I shall include the picture of these chocolate chips with the recipe.

The chocolate cracks on a bite and the soft Bavarian cream slowly melts in your mouth with the burst of taste of raspberries, peaches and a hint of cinnamon.
I wanted to create something that really tastes like love – and I succeeded! Chocolate Coated Bavarian Cream with Raspberry & Peach Compote – the taste that will lift you to heaven!
It took me quite a few trials and errors to create this recipe and achieve a perfect technique for making chocolate cylinders. I have also perfected my Bavarian Cream – it tastes so tender and fluffy. For those who have not tried Bavarian Cream before – this is similar to a lighter fluffier version of custard.
