Market Outlook Q1 2023 - Baceline Group Blogs Baceline Group Blogs - The US retail real estate market outlook remained on an upward trajectory in the first quarter of 2023.

Baceline Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Scottsdale Center in Independence, MO (Kansas City MSA).

Scottsdale Center is a 41,421 SF Neighborhood Shopping Center with a strong tenant base primarily comprised of medical tenants and other essential service providers. The center is located at a busy intersection which serves as a major east/west thoroughfare in the trade area. The immediate submarket is home to several national, destination retailers, including Bass Pro Shops, with plans for continued growth and development on the horizon.

This acquisition marks the eighth property in the MSA and the 118th for Baceline’s Core Income Fund.
