Started at Sam's Club, then to Aldi's and then a second Aldi's. Ended up finding these treasures at Kroger. So I stocked up.

Working toward my goal weight!
Wanted to try super greens to help with constipation issues.
Meal prep for the week. Cottage cheese bowls. High protein.
Happy accident! The chaffle wasn't crunchy on the bottom, but still delicious!
Thumbs up on this pizza. Key to brown the bottom of full crust is make it thin, back for 40 min.

My first cottage cheese pizza crust.
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix together, pour onto parchment paper. It will brown on bottom better the thinner the crust. Bake for 40 min, let cool for 10 min, add toppings. I am not a fan of pepperoni so I did Sugar Free BBQ sauce, topped with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, the chicken, onions and blobs of BBQ sauce. Back in oven for 10 min.
