Do you live on social media? Love baseball, softball, photography, video, and telling stories?

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Director to help showcase the athletes, coaches, teams, and families that make Surge special.

This isn’t just about posting scores.

It’s about capturing the moments that matter:

What You’ll Do:

✅ Create and manage social media content
✅ Capture photos and videos at practices, games, and events
✅ Design graphics and promotional content
✅ Help grow the Surge Baseball & Softball brands
✅ Highlight our athletes, coaches, teams, and community
✅ Build excitement around camps, clinics, tryouts, and special events

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Creative and dependable
✔ Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
✔ Comfortable taking photos and video content
✔ Organized and self-motivated
✔ Passionate about youth baseball and softball

It was a big weekend for Surge 11U Gold, winning the TSB Lonestar Classic and leading every game wire-to-wire. They clicked on all cylinders - pitching, defense and hot bats and the dugout was filled with cheers and big smiles all weekend long. The coaching staff kept the boys active and engaged and pushed them when needed. Miles Dodge, #44, took home the NCS Impact Player banner for his work on the mound on Sunday. Up next is the season closer at Rocker B!
