As a teen, I had no direction.
reactivity and anger were very apparent, wasn’t sure what to do.

Spiritual Mind Treatments.
Worked.
School.
Shakes.

Repeat. Hamster wheel style. Sure setting goals will help you maintain and sustain.

It’s okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, melancholy, pi**ed, rage.

Often times the emotional bypass is what keeps the emotion=energy in motion in a loop cycle and the story we put meaning around it.

I am a failure.
I am unsupported
I am afraid
I am not enough
I’m worthless

We Feel in order to heal, better said than done. When we were not allowed to feel many of our emotions.

As children we’ve been told not to cry, to keep it in, keep it together, if you cry you’ll show weakness. Why are you crying? You have no reason to cry? 😳

In many people that I see, they ask me “Why am I crying so much?” 😩

I say “It’s your body’s way of releasing all that we have oppressed and suppressed for all of our lives.” 🥺😢😭😤😩😅🤣🤣 since childhood. Possibly even yesterday 😕

Let me guide you and hold space for you to explore tenderly the sweet fragile emotions that have been buried deep. ❤️‍🩹
